Save the Date: Rainmaking Through Networking
February 28 at 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Most people think networking is simply going to a networking event, talking to a lot of people, collecting cards, having a few drinks, and then going home. This is not effective networking and many professionals don’t realize that without formal networking training, they will not be as successful as they could be in business. Scott Nevins’ Rainmaking Through Networking will teach those vital skills and make you a “black belt networker.”
Scott’s 35+ year career includes positions in sales and IT at GE Capital management, roles as the CEO of seven early‐to‐mid staged financial and tech companies and most recently, as a senior investment advisor at Bernstein — all of which helped him to become a master of professional networking. Now Scott shares this skill with audiences around the world.
This event will start with an entertaining presentation of Scott’s best practices and then we will have a solid hour-and-a-half of Speed Networking to practice what we have learned. Light food and refreshments will be served.
