Bianca Di Salvo
Founder & Managing Director
Bianca Di Salvo is Lead Explorer & Discovery Officer at Di Salvo Research & Strategy, Inc. a qualitative research firm. Her organization helps companies get deeply under the surface and to the heart of what really matters to their market for better customer engagement, communication and ultimately growth. Besides designing and executing in person and online qualitative research, she offers facilitated insight strategy sessions for planning and business development. Ms. Di Salvo, an American Marketing Associate member since 2011, currently sits on the Board of Directors of the NY chapter. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the City University of New York, has taught marketing research at Fordham University, is a certified creative problem solving facilitator and has extensive training in group dynamics and active listening.
In her spare time you can find her kayaking on the Hudson or dancing a Foxtrot, Swing or Rumba.
Director of Planning & Resources
Mike Rosenberg is a Managing Director & Market Research / Strategy Executive at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mike is an accomplished financial services executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global marketing, market research, product management, project management, operations and strategy teams within J.P. Morgan’s Corporate and Investment Bank. Mike has been a member of the AMA since 2003 and holds an MBA in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
In his spare time, Mike is an avid runner and mentor at the Rutgers Business School.
Eli Benjamin Eleff
Director of Talent Acquisition
Eli Eleff is Global Head of Consumer Relations at OU Kosher, the world’s largest kosher certifying agency and Program Director of the the Nonprofit Leadership Program at Touro University Worldwide. A successful nonprofit executive, Eli has many years’ experience advising clients in both the food production industry and the nonprofit sector. Clients include promising startups to well-established Fortune 500 companies and prominent nonprofits. Eli is also responsible for direct and in-direct supervision of over fifty team members and global field representatives.
Eli has been a member of the AMA since 2014 and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Touro University Worldwide and a Master of Science in Educational Administration among other credentials.
Director of Marketing
Over the past 15 years, Charlie has provided strategic leadership and functional expertise across several industries, playing a pivotal role in driving engagement through the development of integrated marketing programs and campaigns for companies and brands including Pfizer, GE Capital, Hershey’s, JCPenney, Northwestern Mutual, and Benjamin Moore.
Charlie has been a member of the AMA since 2014 and holds several MBA degrees in Marketing, International Management, and Finance from Bellevue University and is a Professional Certified Marketer through the American Marketing Association.
In his spare time, Charlie enjoys being involved in his community by designing websites for small businesses and devoting time as a photography enthusiast.
Director of Mentee Experience
Susan Ferugio is the principal owner of Creative Marketing Solutions, LLC, a dynamic marketing agency working with small business owners to develop marketing programs from strategy through implementation. Susan is an established marketing professional with comprehensive experience in strategic planning, branding, advertising and customer relationship management with a proven track record across multiple industries. Susan has been a member of the AMA since April 2015 and holds an MBA from Baruch College in Marketing.
In her spare time, Susan is an instructor at the World Martial Arts Center and is a Senior 1st Degree Black Belt in HapKiDo.
