In light of recent events regarding the ethics of using consumer data, Scott McDonald, ARF CEO & President has called for the establishment of a new set of industry standards to govern both research data collection and consumer protection. At this event, the ARF is partnering with AMA New York and GreenBook to get industry input in a town hall format. Both ARF members and non-members were encouraged to voice their input in person or via livestream.
