Nikki Mamuric
Founder and CEO
Sprout Innovation Co.

Nikki Mamuric is an American marketer, entrepreneur, writer, and innovation public speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of Sprout Innovation Co., an innovation advisory ecosystem working with Fortune 500 FMCG’s. She is the brains behind game-changing consumer products, like Crest 3D White, OxiClean WhiteRevive and L’Oreal’s Hydra Genius. Mamuric is considered an authority on the topics of innovation, marketing, creativity and consumer needs (particularly the female consumer).

Over the course of her 18+-year career, Mamuric has influenced 30+ consumer brands across 15 categories. Prior to founding Sprout, Mamuric was the Director of Marketing at L’Oreal (2014 – 2015), the world’s largest beauty brand. At L’Oreal, she qualified new product concepts for the 2015 – 2016 skincare pipelines and was instrumental in the launches of Pure Clary and Hydra Genius.

From 2012 – 2014, Mamuric worked in New Product Innovation at Church & Dwight Co., leading strategic planning for a portfolio of 10 brands including consumer favorites Arm & Hammer, OxiClean, Kaboom, and Xtra. 95% of her new product concepts were validated with an “A” or greater score, a 2x higher hit rate than the company average.

From 2007 – 2012, she worked in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where she brought beauty into the oral care space with the launch of Crest 3D White, which became P&G’s first $1B+ meta property. While at P&G, Nikki also led marketing efforts for Fekkai and Oral-B.

Mamuric began her career as a political strategist and entrepreneur.

Mamuric has been recognized with a number of marketing and innovation awards, most notably “40 Under 40” by Brand Innovators (2014). The prestigious award recognized 40 of the most innovative brand marketers East of the Mississippi.
While in Chicago, she served as the Re-Founder and Co-Chair of P&G Alumni Chicago; she’s still involved with the P&G Alumni Network today.

Mamuric is a champion of diversity and inclusion and believes that D&I is a right, not a privilege. She co-founded the Women’s Marketing Network at P&G to help women marketers progress and succeed. Mamuric is a member of She Runs It, an organization that encourages and promotes the role of women in the advertising and marketing industries, and also a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), a global community of 9,000 members that defines the future of beauty.
