Storymaking and Brand Experience

THE PRESENTATION

EVENT PHOTOS

Social Media has empowered consumers with unprecedented ability to co-create a brand’s narrative. In effect, it’s turned consumers into Storymakers. But how can you ensure that the story consumers tell about your brand is a positive one?

Please join us for a presentation by Bruce Henderson, Global Chief Creative Officer for Jack Morton Worldwide, on Storymaking and Brand Experience. He’ll discuss how positive brand experiences can shape the stories people tell about brands.

You’ll learn the importance of insight-driven experiences, as well as five vital principles that can help turn brand experiences into positive ones:

  1. Being Useful
  2. Being Human
  3. Being Shareable
  4. Building Community
  5. Inviting Participation

The presentation will include a case study discussion between Bruce and Katja Lindemann, Brand Events Manager at Audible, followed by an audience Q&A.
