Are you an organizational guru who enjoys breaking things down into a cohesive process? Then we are in need of your organizational prowess! As the Process Documentation Specialist, you will be tasked with developing, preparing and maintaining official documentation which will outline AMA New York programming and event planning processes. You will be one of our team’s central links, collecting and documenting any relevant changes pertaining to event planning in corresponding documents, keeping the entire team up to date. These documents may include: event brief, event planning checklist, messaging brief, guidelines for budgets, venues, speakers, presenters, and sponsors.
