Britney Simone is a powerhouse marketing leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing impact-driven strategies that move the needle. With over 16 years of experience across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C brands, Britney thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and strategy; bringing bold vision and operational excellence to global brands looking to scale.
Currently, Britney is the Director, Channel Marketing for DIRTT, an industry leading prefabrication construction manufacturer. She provides strategic vision to enable growth and engagement within the partnership network and across the architecture and design community. An expert in marketing for organizations working within the built environment, Britney is now building a channel marketing function from the ground up; optimizing to drive positive change and leading efforts to help create a more sustainable future.
Previously, Britney held senior leadership roles at Material bank as the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and as the Director of Marketing at Heartwork. She also launched her own company in 2023, Business2Business Marketing Solutions, to support the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
Britney has been a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for the Astoria Choir for over six years, serving as President from 2020 to 2024 and currently as Chair of the Marketing Committee. In addition to serving on the board, she has been a member of the choir for over 13 years.
A former professional stage performer, Britney began working professionally in the performing arts at just 16 years old. This “past life” as a performer continues to influence her work as a marketer and leader, infusing everything she does with creativity, presence, and a deep understanding of storytelling.
