Bryce Goodwin

Bryce Goodwin is a seasoned marketing and brand strategy leader with 20 years of experience across spirits, luxury, and consumer packaged goods. His career spans multinational organizations and entrepreneurial ventures, and he is known for building distinctive brands, developing high-performing teams, and advancing marketing as a strategic, evidence-based discipline grounded in consumer insight.

At the core of Bryce’s expertise is a deep command of brand strategy and positioning; product and brand portfolio management; innovation; consumer insights; and integrated marketing, paired with a leadership style centered on collaboration and insight-driven creativity.
Most recently, Bryce served as Chief Marketing Officer of Pinhook Bourbon, where he established the company’s strategic marketing foundation and built the marketing function from the ground up. Prior to Pinhook Bourbon, Bryce held senior marketing and brand leadership roles at Moët Hennessy, Bacardi, and Unilever, following earlier experience in strategic financial communications at Edelman Public Relations.

Bryce holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania focused on international studies and management, and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
As a member of the AMA New York board, Bryce brings a commitment to advancing the profession through education, thought leadership, and mentorship, with a particular focus on developing marketing talent and strengthening the connection between marketing theory and practice.
