Young Mi Park is a leadership educator, speaker, and former global executive whose career spans leadership roles across corporate, government, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial organizations in the United States and Asia, including American Express, Levi Strauss, Burger King International, the U.S. Department of Defense, and Sesame Workshop. She currently teaches leadership, organizational behavior, strategy, and marketing at Columbia University, New York University, Rutgers Business School, and other leading institutions. Her research, teaching, and speaking focus on leadership, ethics, organizational effectiveness, and the conditions that enable individuals and organizations to flourish and sustain performance in complex environments. A former AMA New York Board member, Young Mi was selected by AMA National to participate in its Integrity in Marketing panel, bringing a unique blend of practitioner and academic expertise to discussions on leadership, purpose, and ethical decision-making.

Craig Charney, AMA New York Board member, Director of the Future of Marketing Project, and CEO of Charney Research

Craig Charney is President of Charney Research, a global market research and strategy firm, with more than 25 years of experience conducting research in over 45 countries. A recognized expert in marketing, communications, and international markets, he began his career helping establish polling operations for South Africa’s first democratic elections under Nelson Mandela and later served as lead analyst for Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign. Since founding Charney Research in 1997, he has pioneered numerous groundbreaking studies, including Afghanistan’s first national poll and China’s first national B2B omnibus survey, serving clients such as Honda, LG, Nokia, Monsanto, the Financial Times, ABC News, and the World Bank. Craig holds advanced degrees from Yale, Oxford, and the Sorbonne, has published extensively in major media and academic journals, and is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. His 2005 Afghanistan poll for ABC News received the University of Iowa Journalism School’s award for Best News Poll of the Year.

Bennett Freeman, Senior Fellow at the Institute of International Studies at the University of California at Berkeley |  Associate Fellow in the Global Economy and Finance Program at Chatham House

Bennett Freeman is a Senior Fellow at the Institute of International Studies at the University of California at Berkeley, and an Associate Fellow in the Global Economy and Finance Program at Chatham House.  Over the last 25 years of a four-decade career, Freeman has worked at the intersection of governments, international institutions, multinational corporations, responsible investors, and civil society organizations to establish global standards and multi-stakeholder initiatives for corporate responsibility and accountability. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President for Sustainability Research and Policy at Calvert Investments, as U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, and as Manager, Corporate Affairs for the General Electric Company (GE)


Dr. Sabrina Kizzie DBA, MPA

Dr. Sabrina Kizzie is a nationally recognized expert in digital marketing and media strategy, serving as a Doctoral Lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at Baruch College, where she was named Outstanding Instructor of the Year. An accomplished educator, consultant, and researcher, her work has gained national attention, including a feature on CBS New York primetime news. Dr. Kizzie is an inductee of the American Marketing Association Hall of Fame, recipient of the AMA New York Choice Award, and currently serves on the AMA New York Board of Directors. Her insights have been featured in leading publications including AdAge, Crain’s New York Business, Yahoo Sports, MSN, Black Enterprise, and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Recognized for her leadership and community impact, she has received numerous honors, including a Community Service and Congressional Achievement Award, being named one of The Bronx Times’ 25 Most Influential Women, and inclusion on COLOR Magazine’s 2024 POWERLIST of the Most Influential Women.

Joanna Seddon, Managing Partner, Presciant

Dr. Joanna Seddon is a globally recognized branding expert and founder of Presciant, with more than 20 years of experience helping leading organizations maximize the financial impact of their brand and marketing strategies. She played a key role in developing the modern concept of brand purpose through her work with Procter & Gamble CMOs Jim Stengel and Marc Pritchard, helping identify the principles behind the world’s most successful brands. Previously, she served as Global Managing Partner of Brand Consulting at Ogilvy, leading brand transformation initiatives for clients including Google, Johnson & Johnson, Mondelez, and the businesses created from the DowDuPont merger. She is also the former founder and CEO of Kantar’s global brand consulting practice, where she created the influential BrandZ Top 100 ranking of the world’s most valuable brands. As CEO of the Marketing Accountability Standards Board, she has advanced initiatives in marketing effectiveness, sustainability, big data, and AI. Dr. Seddon holds a doctorate from Oxford University, is the award-winning author of Brand in the Boardroom, and was honored with the Margaret H. Blair Award for Marketing Accountability.
